I needed a diagnostic for a check engine light and Echelon was able to get me in by 9am, have the issue diagnosed and a quote by 10am. My valve cover needed replaced as well as my ignition coil. They fixed my thermostat housing as well since they found a leak during the other repairs. They had my car finished by 3pm the same day. Extremely friendly, professional and fair service. I will absolutely be recommending them and returning again. |
Hidden treasure! I am so fortunate to have found this family owned business! Mr Erbaugh is so knowledgeable and very fair with his prices. And honors veterans with a discount without hesitation. They don't try to sell you something you don't need or want! Full of information and suggestions but no pressure. This is the first place in Many years I have had NO worries of being dooped into paying for something my car didn't need! They are friendly, respectful and honest! I called for an oil change appointment and they got me right in! Love this place. It's a true hidden treasure of how businesses USE to be ran years ago. |

Excellent service and takes care of their customers, went for an oil change and tire rotation but they made sure to check the lights, brake level, and note any oil leaks I had. I was already aware of the leaks I had but it was nice to know that they care enough to look around the vehicle. Very good price as well. |

There are no complaints other than the professional attitude, service and completion beyond approach- all it took was a few short words and/or description of work needed was taken care of in minutes. It's hard to find a maintenance shop with quotes that are reasonable and affordable. I've taken 3 vehicles all fixed with no complaints. |

Needed short notice brake work and Echelon was able to get us in same day for full inspection, and job was done very next day by noon. Estimate was accurate and price was fair. No pressure or upselling whatsoever. They listened to our other less pressing concerns (squeak, fan belt) and confirmed that on inspection, also found some other issues. All of this would be expected from any shop, but what stood out to us was the fact that they found additional inappropriate spacer on one of our wheels, and they removed that and saved it for us. The sad part is we can't even count how many other shops have had those same wheels off the truck and never noticed it. This place is highly reliable and professional, and was able to get us in 10 days sooner than the competition. We are so happy to have found our new local mechanics! They have a military discount, too. |

I had the pleasure to support this family business today for an oil change . I was referred by my sister who would always say "Go to Echelon, they will take care of you!" The day prior I made my appointment and they were very professional and kind on the phone. When I arrived , I was seated in the waiting room where you should take some time to see all of the certifications on the wall. It's obvious that the owner and his family take pride in their business and most of all their work. It assured me I was in the right place. The owner greeted me again at the halfway point and let me know he was almost finished with my car. It was very timely. I will definitely be back to have more work done on my car. In this weird space where everyone is trying to make a living in the midst of a pandemic, supporting local businesses is supporting our community. I would recommend to anyone's to go and support this business.The proof is in the name! |

Several years ago the mechanic I used since 1975 retired. He was a great mechanic, but I had to go in search of a new one. I went to several shops before finding Echelon, but I never went to none of the other shops a second time . Echelon motors can handle almost all of my auto needs, and they have been able to do a fantastic job on every occasion. They are my new go to mechanics, and I don’t mind saying that I am a loyal customer if the job is done professionally each time. That’s the results I have received from Echelon. Thanks guys! |

I had to tow my car in to find out what was the problem with it not starting. I got in contact with Kelsey to let her know that my car was being towed there. I let her know that I will call to see if it had arrived. Once my car arrived, she called me and let me know that it did arrived before I was able to call her back. From then on, she was in communication with me, letting me know the status and what the diagnostic was saying the problem could be. After, further assessment the experts notified me to let know that it was just a fuse. They did what they had to do and I went in to pick up my car. This business demonstrated to me pure professionalism, great integrity, and excellent communication. I just moved here from Texas and they have certainly earned my continued business. Seeing that the shop is small, I will definitely call in advance to schedule service to be done! That’s no biggie! Totally recommend Echelon! |

The service was outstanding. They put a new starter on my Sonata. Pricing very reasonable and great service. Staff was very helpful. The only shop in the area that will put on parts that you purchase on your own. Most shops want to over charge for parts and labor not here. |

Overall it was a good experience. It was frustrating because the check engine light came on, they fixed it, then came back on about 3 days later. So what was originally a $330 bill and fixed turned out to be about double that and going back. But I also understand they things are hard to trouble shoot. I wish they had caught it the first time but that's OK. |

Wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else. They do good business. If there’s something that doesn’t need to be replaced or fixed they’ll let you know to save you some money. They give you options, always call before they start working, if they see something that may need to be done they’ll still call and ask before doing the work because it’s not about the money. Real good people. Every part they’ve put on my car comes with a warranty. And they’re fast. |

I went to a quick lube place that I knew of to show my son where he can get oil changes for his first used car which turned out to be a full service auto repair shop now. They were able to do my son’s car oil change and provide me with an overall view of my sons first car that we just bought which gave me peace of mind. I asked to have the check engine light (that just came on for first time) and they scanned it to diagnose why. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and quick with their work. Along with my oil change they gave me estimate to repair the minor issue that caused the engine light to come on. Nice to know this kind of full service is still around. My uncle has been there a few times, so when my car started acting up because I'm right down the street from it, I went there too. They gave me the pricing of the needed parts being replaced and the total cost of it all. This is the first auto shop that's this convenient to give pricing of parts. Definitely going back for the repair, it's a small shop but still worth it. |
